Just completed a legit full Hyrox Simulation for open’s singles…
Took me 1 hr 27 min 😤
Things I learned today:
- your pre-night routine matters A LOT, and it starts from the BEGINNING of the previous day
- Pre-training fuel needs to be optimized
- Pre-training hydration equally important
- This goes the same for your workouts!
- Leave your inner bitch at home because it’s going to yell at you multiple times throughout the race.
- Or… bring it with you and shut her down 😆
🔴 Again: I’m a little psycho. This is not an ideal volume of training. And I won’t be doing all year round.
