Okay this one is officially in our weekly rotation because it tastes like dessert… but it’s basically a high-protein snack in disguise. My kids rated it 10/10 and I’m not mad about it 😂
Special thanks to for her original post inquiring about this and inspiring me to make this! Ingredients + Portions
- 2 servings of Siggi’s Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt or your Skyr yogurt at your local market
- 100g frozen mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp Costco organic honey
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 bag Siete Grain Free Mexican Shortbread cookies (4.5 oz / 128g)
How to make it (easy peasy lemon squeeze)
- Mix yogurt + berries + honey in a dish (microwave the frozen berries with the honey first).
- Layer cookies on top (whole or crumbled).
- Add banana slices.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight (or eat immediately… no judgment 😅).
