Sustain fat loss and diet mindset
Hi Melissa here.
Main goal here is to be able to sustain fat loss and achieve a lean and strong body.
And i really wish to change that mindset of “eating clean” just to achieve the above, to being able to eat within what i can work with and yet still enjoy the foods i love. Being in Singapore, no joy is without food. That’s mainly how we function & interact here.
After that, my fitness goals is to be able to achieve gd cardio health, running long distance, doing agility movements and being strong!
Last meal wld be seafood and bbq wagyu beef!!
