Tracking food
Thought I would share my over all tracking. It’s been off because of work and life but it’s time to lock back in. I know it helps me reach my goals! My mini goal is to try to track every day the rest of this month even though I will be going out of town!

If its even realistic to have a fat loss goal when stress levels are high
Just want to say it's great to see everyone with their efforts. :) Just before i get my hands on the Fat loss google sheet, there are goals that i'd like to achieve but proves really tough with work. My time with exercise dropped, stress levels went up, and I tried hard to be consistent with what i eat everyday. But like everyone, i also struggle when i try to relax over the weekend (if i relax). I am signed up with only BFT at the moment, but struggle to make it consistent with my overtime with work. Realistically, i wanna drop at least 5% BF and the last time i did that i needed 5kg down. I dont know if its even realistic to even have goals right now.

Its just been a really stressful period for me now. I guess ive been trying what Aaron is encouraging all these while as the bare minimum. Doing walks - whenever i can. Squeezing workouts even if it’s to take mind off work. Making efforts in meals. My issue is with more consistency. Thanks for everyone for the encouragement and positivity!

Thanks everyone! Thanks for hearing me. Efforts i made this weekend. I managed to get 20km in with leisure cycling with my favourite colleagues yst as destress and 9.8k steps by late morning today. That’s a win. And i managed full concentration at doing overtime work for the rest of the day and had some productivity. It’s soldier on tomorrow.

@Kat Thongpeng knows how obsessed I’ve been with Envy apples… So she ordered 50 and got it delivered 😆 I’m at about 3-4 apples per day… feeling great. No digestive issues (yet) 😉 That’s 15-20gr of delicious fiber btw, eaten with every meal. Satiety hasn’t been higher!! What’s your go-to FILLING FOOD???

Sustain fat loss and diet mindset
Hi Melissa here. Main goal here is to be able to sustain fat loss and achieve a lean and strong body. And i really wish to change that mindset of “eating clean” just to achieve the above, to being able to eat within what i can work with and yet still enjoy the foods i love. Being in Singapore, no joy is without food. That’s mainly how we function & interact here. After that, my fitness goals is to be able to achieve gd cardio health, running long distance, doing agility movements and being strong! Last meal wld be seafood and bbq wagyu beef!!

I want to take a second to shout out Lena 🫡 She’s a busy mom, juggling real life like everyone else — kids, work, CHAOS, tired days — and somewhere along the way, she stopped making herself last. What I love most isn’t even the physical changes (though yes, those happened). It’s that she’s just… in her element now. She cooks legit amazing meals. She’s calm and confident around food. She’s no longer “trying to be healthy” — she just is. THE COOLEST PART👇 She’s become the example. Friends notice. Family notices. People ask her what she’s doing now. Thank you for showing up and sharing your journey with us! The BBB team is proud of you. The last investment in (fitness) coaching you ever need to make 🚀

Super! I really think its not easy and second to that - real hard work needs to be put in to stay consistent. And when life needs u to be fast and busy, that conscious effort to keep to our diets and exercise routine is not easily achievable if u dont change that mindset of “trying to be healthy” to actually “BE Healthy”. Next challenge after that is to fit all these “healthiness into our social norms and not restricting what we like to indulge w family & friends”.
