My husband and daughter where craving pizza yesterday evening. We drove to the supermarket after the dog school. I bought one for myself. On the way home I thought how much calories I had left for the day. At home I put the pizza in the freezer for another day an made myself kimchi with egg and chicken sausage and stayed on track with my calories. I don't see the pizza as bad food but I don't want to heat up a whole pizza and can only eat 1/4. It's a small win for me.
