Simplest fat loss hack I discovered this year…
At 3-4pm, eat an apple (or two) and a protein shake. That’s it.
By the time dinner rolls around — you’re full, satisfied, and will naturally be less inclined to overeat and get seconds of the tiramisu.
PROTEIN + FIBER = FULLNESS 👍
400 extra calories saved. Calorie targets hit. Consistent fat loss 😛
