I got a 6 pack in 4 months following his program - here's the TLDR
Things to note: 1. This community is not a "starve and get thin quick" community 2. Consistency is key - so it's more about adapting your current lifestyle to be consistent 3. "Your relationship with food" is something many often know of but overlook TLDR: 1. I walked more - 2 weeks in I started to realize the benefits of walking. I also started to realize how I can adjust my lifestyle to walk more. I used to take motorbike for 300m walk to the station cuz I hated walking. Now I normalize walking almost everywhere. 2. I tracked my food. You can be precise, you can estimate, you can do whatever you want. But make sure that at the end of the day you KNOW your calorie intake. Just like your bank account, you can't track your savings/loss if you're not tracking it. Throughout the 4 months "tracking" was a learning process - and it stuck with me ever since. Worth every penny. 3. I started to workout more. I hated working out. More like, I couldn't find time. But when my body started to slim and people started to gave me positive feedbacks, I realized that I had time, it just wasn't my priority. Ever since working out, I felt way more confident, more healthy, and just overall more confidence. Endnote: 1. COMMUNITY is important - know that you're not alone. Share your journey, inspire others, and learn from others as well. 2. You can absolutely do this on your own. But if i have to go back in time and do this again, I would've paid double. What a life saver. It's not that they'll perform miracles on you. But it's the little nuances that makes a difference - "how much calorie is this?" "am i tracking right?" "where do i go from here?" A customized coach 24/7. 3. You are not buying weight loss - Trust me on this. There has to be an END GOAL to everything, right? I thought my end goal was to get a 6 pack. Boy was I wrong. I'm a healthier dad that can now play more with my daughter. I feel more healthy, and I feel more disciplined. This confidence manifest to your work, and this energy extends to your overall vibes to your friend groups and network.
