Hi everyone! I’m Carlos Hellstern, one of the coaches here at The Breakthrough Body. I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and have been passionate about sports and fitness for as long as I can remember, especially football. That love for movement naturally grew into a fascination with health, nutrition, and finding ways to help people perform and feel their best. Back in university, I started my own health page online, which actually led me to connect with Darren. We immediately realized we shared the same values and philosophy when it came to coaching and health and fitness. I’ve now been part of the BBB coaching team for almost four years, and it’s been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. I feel incredibly grateful to play a role in helping transform so many lives.

Hi everyone! I'm Kevin Liu. No, i'm not Darren's brother :), though it'd certainly be awesome if I was. I'm passionate about communication and fitness. I've always had a belly, never worked out, didn't know how to control and build relationship with food - until I met Darren. It was a life changing experience. Best of all, it's completely sustainable. This is the real deal, and I highly encourage anyone to join this community.
