- I don't feel as satiated these 2-3 days from the overnight oats even though it's been the same thing for the past month. I can't tell if it's the hormones, stress, or something else entirely. (might be all of the above).
- I've not been showing up for strength training for a while, and honestly, I feel disappointed in myself about it. The equipment is all there then I let the exhaustion from work get to me then I just don't do it - gonna ease back in over the next few days and rebuild the habit.
- I re-learn that sometimes it's the words that you say to yourself; "I am/will" typically will lead you to actually doing it. Setting those SMART goals will help you make SMART decisions for SMART results.
