✅️ Tuesday: Dragon boat: we did what would be deemed interval training. Tiring, but felt really good about it. Upcoming competition in 4 months so gotta put work in now. 🙏
I'm thinking mobility and/or lighter weights for today after work. I keep reminding myself that it's the consistency of showing up and a whole lot of patience 💪
