Ok, for the sake of keeping it real I have to share this honestly. I attempted to make the blueberry protein loaf as shared by and I failed pretty hard. 🤣🤣 I added extra blueberries and used skim Fairlife milk instead of 2% (just because that's what the store had available when I was shopping for the ingredients). Those are the only changes I made. Instead of a loaf I ended up with more of an amorphous blob of mush. My daughter is home sick and said, "...it's ok....it's not my favorite." Bless her heart. I took one bite and told her it was ok to throw hers away.
I am not a cook/baker. I am pretty good at placing things into the oven and then removing them, though sometimes I can't manage that without dropping something or burning myself. I will have my hubby try next time and follow-up again. 😁😁
