I’m aiming to slowly bring my body fat down to 20% in 2026. To do this, I’ll be using the anchor strategy rules, making sure I’m eating the perfect plate and getting plenty of NEAT. I’ll keep tweaking my approach and strategy to get closer to my dream goal over the next 12 weeks.
