i remember you saying that you wanted to do a video on creatine and how you are taking 15 g and how it helps you. Can i ask for some feedback. Since I have started using creatine my son has been bugging me daily on why I can consume it and he can’t. It says anyone under 18 years of age should not take it but is there more science behind that information. Something I can use to explain it other than it’s the rule of the bottle Sorry. 😞
