As I’m figuring out my plan for tomorrow’s breakfast, I’m leaning towards this quick and simple old faithful. 25g protein, 6g fiber (the original recipe has slightly more protein, I just prefer the taste with my tweaks in the parentheses)
- 1/2 cup (gluten-free) old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs (I use one egg and 1/2 banana)
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- (1/8 teaspoon cinnamon)
