I got my personalized roadmap, and this here is big shoutout right back to Coach for taking the time for me & this community.
When he calls it a roadmap, it is a ROADMAP.
This is how I imagine it: I'm trying to declutter my space but there's so much that I feel overwhelmed and lost. The blueprint comes in and tells me 1) what to keep, what to throw (priorities for my goals), and 2) how to work with the limited space (my time, energy, etc.).
It's like a Marie Kondo tidy-up, but for your body 😂 There's so much clarity in what I should do now - strength training, protein, sleep. Time to take all that knowledge and make some changes!
