Back to the Grind - 2026
One small win from the last 7 days - went through two weeks of holidays and not tracking my food due to having family around and I came out of it with a net zero change of weight. 😅 I've been weighing my food since May, so I guess some guesstimation skills have been acquired and can eyeball what I eat.
Now back to the grind - aiming to lose 4-5kg more fat to hit my ideal body fat% and weight.
