Considering you’re in the best shape of your life now, what are your fitness goals for the year? Where do you see yourself going from here? Curious to know the mindset of someone already at their peak fitness.
Fun Dinner
Nightmare scenario of a dinner yesterday, especially with regards to tracking. Went for a Japanese BBQ with BBQ pork, fried rice, etc. Super difficult to track as I had to cook piece by piece for not just myself but for the family as well. How did I end up there you ask? Well, it's the weekend after all. 😅 Decided to do something fun for dinner. Ordered pork shoulder loins and ribs, fried rice, fried egg, lamb stew, vegetables and mushrooms. Couldn't track my food, so ended up eyeballing. Some key strategies to manage the meal. 1. Made sure there are veggies and mushrooms (low calorie high volume) 2. Ate veggies first. 3. Focus on the protein. 4. Removed fatty bits (as best as possible) 5. Drank lots of green tea. Ended up feeling incredibly full, and I thiiink I did okay overall. Anything you would've done differently?

@Darren Liu it was the only refillable drink there 😂. But that probably explains why I didn’t sleep well that night. Forgot about the caffeine 😅
Creatine
Hey @Darren Liu i remember you saying that you wanted to do a video on creatine and how you are taking 15 g and how it helps you. Can i ask for some feedback. Since I have started using creatine my son has been bugging me daily on why I can consume it and he can’t. It says anyone under 18 years of age should not take it but is there more science behind that information. Something I can use to explain it other than it’s the rule of the bottle Sorry. 😞
