Thumbnail Preference?

Hi Everyone! I'm trying to target my demographic which is American/Canadian (even UK) female identifying 50+. But the majority of ppl who watch my channel are 30yo Portuguese men.

Anyway... I'm changing tactics/subject matter again in hopes of targeting my demo. I'd love your thoughts on these thumbs... The video is about it "not being too late to move abroad + moving solo over 50". -- I'm running an A/B test on titles so I don't want to do so on thumbs as well, plus these are all pretty similar.... I'd love your feedback and thank you all in advance!!!
