Passed 15k in subscribers this week and started a community
It was a busy week. I finally hit 15,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel and took the next step of opening a community.
It started as a disaster, though. I sent the invitation to my 1,500-person mailing list, and the link didn't work. It was so embarrassing.
I'm pretty sure that affected my community launch, but we can't get that time back. We can just learn from our mistakes.
My main takeaway: Always check your links before you send an email.
Grateful for this community, while I don't always engage, just being here and seeing others pushing forward motivates me to do the same.
