Hey Everyone - Could use your help!
So I made a bet with my Mentor (Harut) before I planned on doing this "little youtube series" :) and my time has become extremely limited because of it. Anyhoo...the bet was to have two podcasts scheduled this month. I have managed to do this (two scheduled) but there was one rule, which slipped my mind, the podcast has to have at least 10k subs. One of these interviews does not reach that criteria. So, if anyone is in need of a guest on their podcast and you have 10k+ subs...I would be happy to assist you. You never know until you ask. Here's me jumping! Thank you in advance. BTW: losing is not an option. :)

I have more than 10k, but just in YT, no podcast. Not sure if I can help .

Watch Time Is King, here are few ways to Boost It
YouTube doesn’t just care if people click. It cares if they stay. And that means watch time is one of the most powerful growth levers you can control. Here are some simple ways to increase it: - Tease the payoff early: Let viewers know what’s coming and why it matters. PUT IT IN YOUR HOOK. - Use voice tone: Flat delivery kills retention, even with great content. Vary your tone to match emotion and emphasis, use pauses to let key points land and speed up during transitions to keep momentum. - Master pacing: Cuts, zooms, captions, B-rolls, motion graphics...etc. They all serve to keep viewers engaged. Even subtle movement helps them not lose focus. use them to support your script. - Break content into micro-stories: Especially for educational content. Instead of one long explanation, use mini arcs: Problem | Insight | Result | Repeat.

You should very much care that people click. Because if they don’t click all your good suggestions here have no meaning .

@Fouaz Boutebbakh I was just referring your first sentence 😊 Of course you need to confirm the he click and retain the visitor .
20k subs ✅
When I started reviving my channel in mid-March with less than 1,000 subscribers, reaching 20k sounded like a solid goal. Back then, there was a lot of doubt about whether that was even a realistic goal, but reaching it today has shown me that consistency truly pays off, and it is absolutely possible. it’s late night here but I feel like partying .

Thank you Alexa, Great find :) 1. How to keep your community engaged? But not spending there too much time every day. 2. In which cases you will start with paid community and in which with free one? 3. What is the best way to transition from free community to paid community? Is it better to separate them ? Or what would be the thought process to monetize an engaged community.
