Video Shorts
I have heard of programs that break a long-form video into short form videos. Like they take your best spots within the video and create several short videos and even turn them vertical. It is a paid program obviously. Do any of you use programs like this and which ones do you use?

https://nexusclips.com/faqs Check this one out this is the one I used to make shorts I don't like shorts but it seems to help you rank in the algorithm on youtube so I guess I suggest you make em and it doesn't very quickly once you get the energy rolling on it but it ties up my time a lot making em bud I guess it's one of those things you gotta do whether you want to or not you, have a good day and keep on surfing anymore questions to ask me ?🏄
Yoshi's Island in 3D?
Hey guys I'm Ben, a gamedev for several years and I wanted to share my recent game project with you. I spent 3 months rebuilding a Yoshi’s Island-style game from 2D → 3D. It’s actually the base for a bigger project, so I decided to document it properly. Here’s the full video + breakdown of how I built the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3K4QjP6dCXc btw you can listen to the full song from the video among others on spotify now: https://open.spotify.com/album/1yexVDdMOQQ8BXjSvXUYQV

Teleprompter
I have an 18 inch (ILOKNZI)? Teleprompter and have never used it, because it's too complicated to set up. Up until now, I memorize my entire script - I know, crazy!!! But I am a pianist and had to memorize hours of music. So memorizing stuff is not foreign to me - however, things would move along a lot faster, it I could just "read" the script. Are there teleprompters that are easy to use and set up? Mine has a fragile glass mirror that reflects the words from the iPad, meaning I have to type the script into the iPad and do all kinds of tricks to make this work. By that time I have my script memorized. Any suggestions on an easy to use teleprompter and how to set it up that the viewer can't see that I am reading....Thanks in advance.

🧰 Basic Setup (Step-by-Step) 1. Mount Everything 8 - Put teleprompter on a tripod - Mount your camera behind the glass - Place your tablet or phone below the glass (facing up) 👉 The glass should be at about a 45° angle 2. Install a Teleprompter App You’ll need scrolling text. Good options: - Teleprompter Premium - BIGVU - PromptSmart Pro 👉 I recommend PromptSmart Pro — it scrolls with your voice (very helpful) 3. Flip (Mirror) the Text Most apps have a “mirror” or “flip horizontal” setting. 👉 This is REQUIRED — otherwise your text will be backwards in the glass. 4. Adjust Your Script Keep it easy to read: - BIG text (important for older eyes 👍) - Short lines - Natural pauses

Day 23 - Content Calendar: Planning for Consistency
Game changer for me the last time I did the challenge. This is my flow, what works for me. It took me months to get to here. ➡Creative High Point - very early in the morning! While it is still dark! ➡Weekly Filming day and time - Monday and Thursday. Monday early morning, Thursday late morning. ➡Day before filming - review script or write it ➡What I record (try to ) - 1 long, 2 shorts ➡Editing happens when most people would be watching TV or during those very early morning hours when I can't sleep. ➡Looking ahead plan - I have 3 videos filmed ready to be edited. I have 4 titles ready to be scripted. ➡Posting Schedule - long form, Thursday am, Short #1 the following Sunday pm, Short #2 Tuedsay at lunch time ➡What keeps me on track - my google doc tracker, I print it off and check off tasks done manually. I am still old school in a lot of ways! I have linked the tracker, you are welcome to use it if it helps you. @Jenny Sharratt @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Eddi Pinegar @Cat PInegar
