AY 17 — Shorts Strategy

Alright my friends… being real with you today.

I am tired.

Trying to balance life, filming, editing, learning all this YouTube stuff, showing up here, and still keeping my own practice going… it catches up with you. Today was one of those days where I really had to push myself to sit down and do the work.

But I did… and I’m glad I did.

What’s funny is I had already started posting Shorts before this lesson. Just kind of feeling my way through it, clipping things that felt right, putting them out there without really knowing the “why” behind it.

And now going through Day 17… it’s like things are starting to click.

I’m seeing that Shorts aren’t just random clips… they’re actually little doorways into the bigger picture. Moments that can pull someone in… and then lead them to the deeper work we’re doing in the long videos.

Looking back at the Shorts I already posted, I can already see what I’d do differently now… stronger hooks, clearer moments, more intention behind each one.

But at the same time… I’m really glad I just started.

Because now I’m not starting from zero… I’m refining.

And honestly… I’m having fun with it.

There’s something really cool about taking one video and finding all these little pieces inside of it. Little moments that might connect with someone in a completely different way.

Still learning… still a little messy… still figuring out the tech side of it all…

But I’m showing up.

And that’s the win for me right now.

So if you’re tired today too… I’m right there with you.

Just keep going.

We don’t have to be perfect… we just have to keep showing up.
