What to do when the client never sent an email for his list before?

Hey everyone, this is my first post here.

Recently I got to talk with some potential costumers and one of them has a list of over 10k people.

However, he never sent anything to them before.

I offered him storytelling emails to connect and make offers, you know the gist. However I've never encountered a client that has a dormant list before. Usually they were already sending emails, though not with the story/focus connection.

What would you guys advice in this situation? Thanks in advance!
