Audience: 30+ men/women facing bloating and gut issues. Wants to have apple cider vinegar but don't like the taste Problem aware: yes Solution aware: no HOOK: i had to give up my favouriite food when i turned 30 Ever since I entered my 30s, it's not the same. I noticed a significant change in my gut. I used to go out every weekend, eat and drink whatever I wanted. But now I can't even go out and not pay for it the next day. I was able to eat everything and anything in my 20s, but as soon as i entered in my 30s, BAM! It changed. I am 32 now and I can't live the rest of my life bloated. So I researched it on the internet and I found out you’ve to maintain the normal microbiome in your gut. As you age your normal microbiome(flora) changes which leads to gut issues. Microbes are the healthy bacteria in the gut that aid in digestion and synthesize essential vitamins. I looked online and asked people my age, how they dealt with it? Everyone had different opinions. Some said probiotics, some said to try digestive enzymes, others said to take more fiber, ayurvedic churna, magnesium, zinc and what not. I tried a few things but I messed up, especially the probiotics; they killed my stomach. 😑 And I realised I shouldn't listen to others; I should listen to my body, everyone's body reacts differently to everything. One day I was sitting and thinking about this and I remembered my mother used to take apple cider vinegar in water for her bloating. I tried apple cider vinegar and took it for 30 days. And guess what, the bloating was almost gone. But one thing I can't stand is its taste. It tastes like kombucha, and makes me want to puke. I tried it with different things, I added honey to it to mask the taste. I mixed apple or cranberry juice in apple cider vinegar and water. but 😵💫 the taste of vinegar is so strong. I was so done with its taste that's when the internet did its magic. You know how we think or search for anything and the next second it pops up on your screen.
