PSA: Why the CLASSIFIEDS is a public group
When you join a group, itโ€™s always a good idea to make note of whether the group is public or private. Public means anyone in the world can see everything inside the community (unless there are locks on courses). Everything inside is also indexed by search engines like Google. Private means only the people inside the group can see whatโ€™s posted. So while most people will choose rightly to have a private group, the whole point of the CLASSIFIEDS is to enhance your visibility and get you more members. I donโ€™t want you wasting your time posting about your group and having it only seen by the people inside this community (as wonderful as they are!). On the flip side, make sure groups you are in where you are posting sensitive information are private. Check out the groups you are in. Any surprises???

The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... โญ๏ธ ๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. ๐ŸŒŸ ๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ Now for the additional benefits for Premium members: 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. ๐Ÿ“ฐ You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. ๐Ÿ“† The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. ๐Ÿ’ต In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on January 6th with doors opening for registration January 2nd. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! ๐Ÿ˜‰ This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

โœจ Why Functional Approaches Are a Valid Path to Better Health โœจ
At Functional Living Acadmeny], we champion health strategies grounded in science, personalization, and outcomes that matter โ€” not fads. Hereโ€™s why functional approaches to wellness are credible and evidence-supported: ๐Ÿ”ฌ 1. Functional Medicine Is Being Studied in Peer-Reviewed ResearchA study published in JAMA Network Open evaluated the functional medicine model of care and found it was associated with meaningful improvements in patient-reported health-related quality of life compared to standard primary care. Patients saw measurable gains in physical and mental health metrics over time. ๐Ÿ“Š 2. Functional Care Can Improve Outcomes in Chronic DiseaseA major public health study published in JAMA Internal Medicine reported that comprehensive lifestyle interventions โ€” core to functional practice โ€” improved type 2 diabetes outcomes and supported patientsโ€™ ability to stay in the workforce. ๐Ÿ“ˆ 3. Group Functional Care Has Demonstrated Superior ResultsResearch from the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine showed that group functional medicine programs produced greater improvements in global health scores and weight loss than individual care, with lower delivery costs. ๐Ÿง  4. Functional Approaches Integrate Established EvidenceWhile the full model remains under active research, many individual components โ€” like nutritional intervention, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and lifestyle medicine principles โ€” are supported by peer-reviewed science as effective for chronic disease risk reduction. ๐ŸŒฑ 5. Personalized, Systems-Based Care Is an Emerging StandardFunctional medicine doesnโ€™t just treat symptoms โ€” it systematically investigates root causes by considering genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors, which aligns with a growing trend in evidence-based personalized medicine. ๐Ÿ’ก Bottom Line: Functional health care isnโ€™t about rejecting conventional medicine โ€” it complements it by emphasizing personalized, evidence-informed lifestyle and systems-based strategies that produce measurable improvements in quality of life and chronic disease outcomes.

I've met a lot of Skoolers here, so I made 10 archetypes. I'll give you one: The Midnight Poster Signature vibe: Posts at 1:47am and calls it โ€œpeak creativity.โ€ Glucose signal: Liver dumping glucose like a panicked intern who forgot the deadline. Catchphrase: โ€œIโ€™m just built different.โ€ Reality: Yes. Built without a circadian rhythm. Why they join my community: You're fasting glucose is higher than their engagement rate. What these creator archetypes have to do with diabetes & prediabetes? Hereโ€™s the plot twist and a tease: All the hilarious creator archetypes: the Overcaffeinated Admin, the Midnight Poster, the Launch Zombie, arenโ€™t just โ€œquirky creator behavior.โ€ Theyโ€™re metabolic signals in disguise. Because diabetes and prediabetes donโ€™t start with a diagnosis. They start with patterns: - Energy crashes - Brain fog - Mood swings - Cravings - Belly fat that wonโ€™t budge - Lateโ€‘night productivity spikes - Living on caffeine instead of fuel
