Tomorrow We're Getting PERSONAL!!!
If you are a Premium member (only $3/month), you are invited to join us on Thursday for our bi-weekly PERSONALS meetup. And, no, it's not a dating meetup! It's an opportunity to connect with fellow serious CLASSIFIEDS members, talk about your community without worry if you are "self-promoting," and learn more about a topic that is on everyone's mind. This month we will be talking about churn - what it means, if you should care, and how to reduce it. It's a round table discussion for everyone to learn from each other, and the conversation is always rich. Please check the calendar for times in your time zone. See you there!

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. To learn How to Make Your Classifeds' Posts Work Harder for You, check out this masterclass by one of our moderators, @Faith Adebayo

The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... ⭐️ 🗞️ In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. 🌟 🗞️ Now for the additional benefits for Premium members ($3/month or $33/year) 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. 📰 You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. 📆 The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. 💵 In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on May 12 with doors opening for registration May 9th.. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

Why YouTube is the most important platform for your Skool community
The vast majority of Skool community owners spread themselves thin across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X trying to drive members. The data does not support that approach. Semrush data from March 2026 shows YouTube as the number one external referral source to Skool, accounting for 8.31% of total traffic to the platform. That might not sound dramatic until you look at the social traffic split. According to a statistic shared by Evelyn Weiss, who manages advertising for Skool itself, 80% of all social media traffic to Skool comes from YouTube. Not Instagram. Not TikTok. YouTube. The conversion numbers back it up. One creator's Skool analytics dashboard showed YouTube converting at 23.5% compared to 9.9% from the Skool network and effectively zero from Instagram, despite that creator having 70,000 Instagram followers. Another reported that over 70% of their paid members found them on YouTube. The pattern repeats consistently across creator dashboards. The reason is intent. Someone who watches a 10 or 15 minute video on a specific topic is a fundamentally different prospect to someone who scrolled past a short post. They already know what you think, how you communicate, and whether they trust you before they ever see your community link. If you are building a Skool community and wondering where to put your time, the platform data has already answered the question. If that is the problem you are working on, this is what we focus on inside The Content Revenue Lab. https://tinyurl.com/TheContentRevenueLab Des Dreckett - The Content Revenue Lab

WTF Is Your Pet’s Coat Trying to Tell You Wednesday
Your Pet’s Coat Is Telling You Something No One Ever Taught You to Hear And once you see it, you can’t unsee it Most people think a pet’s coat is about grooming, food, or “good genetics.” But there’s a reason some pets look radiant, and others look like their body is negotiating with gravity. Here’s the part no one tells you: A coat is a lab report. Not metaphorically, physiologically. Shine, texture, grease, flakes, color shifts, sudden changes. They’re not cosmetic. They’re not random. They’re not “just allergies.” They’re systems talking. And the body always tells the truth, long before symptoms ever show up. If you know how to read the coat, you can see: - when detox is bottlenecked - when the microbiome is shifting - when inflammation is rising - when stress chemistry is taking over - when nutrients are being triaged - when the body is compensating for something deeper Most people never learn this language. But once you do, you stop guessing. You stop reacting. You start seeing physiology in real time. And that’s when everything changes. If you want to learn how to read the signals your pet has been broadcasting this whole time, that’s what we’re doing inside my community this evening. We’re decoding the body’s hidden communication system, one pattern at a time. If you’re curious, come peek inside. You’ll never look at your pet the same way again. CLICK THAT LINK.
