Your #FeatureStory - Posting Party Day #2 🎉
Today's inspiration is the story behind the group. CREATE A NEW POST (communities) and share your "why." In 100–150 words, tell the story of: - Why you started your Skool group or business - The problem you wanted to solve - Or the people you felt called to bring together Add another GIF that captures the essence of your why. Invite others to comment if it resonates. This is about connection, not polish. Remember: It's not polite (or in your best interest) to post and ghost 👻. After you post, comment on at least 2 other posts! 😉 I'll create a new post for my own community as an example... Oh, and if you are wondering why I am posting at such a weird time of day, it's because of the kids' schedules. I have to either post at noon Bali time or noon EST. It's Tuesday in Bali right now, so I figured, why not?!?!?

Did you leave your "jingle" but forget to "mingle"??? 😂
Thank you to everyone who has already shared their #headline for today's prompt, I promise I will read them all sometime today! One of the important parts of the party is that you interact with others' posts and get to know some of your fellow community members. Imagine you walked into a party and yelled, "Who's ready for a good time????" and then you turned around and walked out! If you posted and ghosted, that is essentially what you've done! Building a business is about building relationships and getting to know people even if it doesn't seem immediately apparent that they might be interested in your community - their sister-in-law might be, their neighbour might be.... And even if it doesn't lead to a lead, it's still a nice way to connect with another community owner. So get back out there, and start commenting! 😉

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

#FeatureStory: The Why Behind Why & What I DO
As a passionate advocate for self-love, mindfulness, and personal growth, I've dedicated my journey to helping women shine their light and live their best lives. With a background in Personal training, Yoga and Journal Therapy I spent the first decades of my life in the corporate world (Business Development, Procurement and Project Management). But my passion really always lived in a space where I was able to create a safe and supportive space for like-minded individuals to connect, learn, and grow throw fitness. As a 2 time cancer survivor I am living a life that has had it's up and downs and moments of depression and self-doubt. Where loving myself felt like a foreign currency, but I was determined to battle through the mental and physical demons to get myself back to feeling alive, present and living as my best version. I want to help women see that despite how they may be feeling right in this moment, this season whether it be overwhelm, menopause, empty-nesting, late life separate or divorce, there is a way to find your spark and inner joy again. Come join me inside The Shine Lounge. Where 10mins of gentle resets, journaling or just a conversation in the community can change your whole day 🌸

#FeatureStory: Growth with Purpose (Our "Why")
At the core of this community is support. Real support. The kind that goes beyond business wins and tactics. We’re here to help people build, grow, and not feel like they’re doing it alone. But before we talk about growth, offers, or numbers, there’s something that matters more to us. Why we’re doing this at all 💜 🙏🏻 Both my wife & my family have been deeply impacted by Alzheimer’s & Dementia. If you’ve walked that road, you know how heavy it is. It doesn’t just affect one person. It changes entire families. That experience has shaped how we now think about business. We don’t believe in building something just to build it. We believe what you grow should stand for something. That’s why, after being inspired by another community, we made a clear commitment. Every single month, 10% of our recurring revenue is donated to Alzheimer’s research and support. This isn’t a promo or a one-time thing. It’s built into how we operate. As we continue on into 2026, this stays non-negotiable. This will eventually help fund our bigger mission of building community centers across North America fully dedicated to support care takers & family members who are dealing with this terrible disease. We’ll continue to be transparent about the numbers and where the money goes. Always. If this kind of community feels aligned, you’re welcome here. If building something meaningful alongside good people matters to you, pull up a chair. And if you feel pulled to help toward this cause, the simplest way is to grow with us. More growth means more support for families walking this path. No pressure. Just an open invitation to join us here. Soon, we'll be starting a Skool community called "Memory Lane" (name pending) as the starting point of our bigger mission. 30% of the revenue from this community will be donated to the cause 🙏🏻 That’s our why. And that’s how we choose to do business.
