And what it means to truly live. The ranking is simply a reflection of the quiet work no one sees. The early mornings. The discipline. The setbacks. The moments where giving up would have been easier, but I chose to keep showing up anyway. And I've come to realise that story matters. Representation matters. Visibility matters. Not because any one of us needs to be on a pedestal, but because every time a woman chooses to back herself, she quietly expands what feels possible for someone else.

A thought I keep coming back to lately... I talk to a lot of salespeople in Direct Sales Mastery, and almost everyone says the same thing when their pipeline dries up. "I just need to send more messages." But every time I actually watch someone turn it around, it's never because they cold messaged harder. It's because they started just... talking to people.
