HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

Why “Discipline” Isn’t the Problem After 50
So many women over 50 think they’ve become “undisciplined.” Not true. Not the real story. What really happens? As we age, our brain’s dopamine, serotonin, and stress-response systems become less efficient. The motivation highs don’t hit as easily, stress sticks around longer, and cravings feel louder. It's your wiring that's changed. Not your capability. This is why the old push-hard approach that might have worked in your 30s and 40s starts backfiring now. A smarter strategy is to scale down the reps, not the goal. Ten-minute strength sessions. One small swap at night. One “minimum viable day” when everything feels heavy. Simple → repeatable → effective. If you want support building habits that fit your real life, come join us in Fit Women 50+:👉 https://www.skool.com/fit-women-50-4957/about
Why “Discipline” Isn’t the Problem After 50
The Gap I Kept Seeing in Almost Every Online Business
For a long time, I only talked about YouTube growth. Titles. Thumbnails. Consistency. Strategy. And yes — all of that matters. But something kept happening over and over again. I’d work with a business owner who wanted to use YouTube for traffic… …but they didn’t really understand how YouTube works or how to turn viewers into actual leads. Or I’d meet a creator who did understand YouTube… …but had no real business built around their channel and was relying on AdSense to carry everything. Two very different people. Same stuck feeling. And it usually sounded like this: “I need to finally start a YouTube channel.” “I need a better monetization path.” “I need better systems.” All true. But saying it and building it are two very different things. After years of building online, one thing became impossible to ignore: YouTube on its own isn’t a full growth plan. And posting all the time doesn’t automatically mean you’re building a business. Here’s what that actually looks like in real life: ✅ You can be getting views — but have no clear offer ✅ You can be posting weekly — but not capturing leads ✅ You can be growing an audience — but not building real connection ✅ You can be “consistent” — and still unsure where next month’s income is coming from That’s the gap. Not effort. Not motivation. Systems. So instead of niching down into only YouTube growth, I niched up into what actually supports long-term traction: Traffic. Community. Income. Because: - Traffic without community doesn’t convert well - Community without income isn’t sustainable - Income without traffic eventually stalls Once I started teaching all three together, something clicked. People stopped spinning. They started building with intention instead of just posting and hoping. And here’s the part most people don’t hear enough: You don’t fix multi-layered problems with surface-level advice. You can’t solve a full business puzzle by only looking at one piece of it. And real traction rarely comes from generic guidance alone.
