🥚 The First Easter Egg is Hidden!
Watch the video below for a quick overview of how it works. P.S. I recorded this video directly into this post using HawkTalk, which is available in @Joe DeFilippo 's Skooly community. If you are interested in checking it out, here is my affiliate link. And, yes, I completely see that I am breaking my own rules... 😉

The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... ⭐️ 🗞️ In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. 🌟 🗞️ Now for the additional benefits for Premium members ($3/month or $33/year) 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. 📰 You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. 📆 The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. 💵 In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on January 6th with doors opening for registration January 2nd. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

🔥 Carbs Don’t Make You Fat (Let’s Clear This Up)
One of the most common beliefs in weight loss is that carbs are the enemy. People hear things like “carbs turn into sugar” and “sugar turns into fat,” so the conclusion becomes: avoid pasta, bread, and rice if you want to lose weight. But that belief misses the bigger picture. ⚡ First — fat gain is an energy issue, not a carb issue. From a physics standpoint, thermodynamics are king. If you consistently consume more total energy (calories) than your body uses, that excess energy gets stored — usually as fat. And here’s the key: carbs, fats, and protein can ALL be stored as fat when total energy intake exceeds energy expenditure. So blaming carbs alone is missing the real mechanism. 🥦 Second — “healthy vs unhealthy carbs” is the wrong question. Instead of asking whether a carb is “good” or “bad,” a better question is: 👉 Does this food support my current goal? For example, if your goal is fat loss, foods with higher volume and more fiber often help because they keep you fuller for fewer calories. Fibrous foods slow digestion and help regulate hunger signals like ghrelin and leptin. That doesn’t make pasta “bad” — it just means some foods may help you stay in a calorie deficit more easily. 🎯 Third — nutrient density and satiety matter. Some carb sources contain more micronutrients, fiber, and water, which can support overall health, hormone function, and appetite control. That’s why foods like fruits, vegetables, potatoes, oats, and rice often show up in successful fat-loss diets. But again — this isn’t about demonizing foods. You don’t gain fat because you ate pasta. You gain fat because total energy intake stayed higher than energy expenditure over time. And understanding that distinction gives you far more freedom and control in your nutrition. 💬 Now I’m curious: What’s a nutrition belief you used to think was true that you later realized wasn’t? Drop it below — let’s talk about it 👇
Waking up frustrated at 3am? 😩
It sucks. It was painfully lonely at 3am as I recovered for months in the hospital. That pain was still with me years when I awoke and couldn't get back to sleep. I started The Joyful Path | Jedi Calm community because I care about overall inner peace and now, I'm super excited to launch the Deep Sleep Club. I've been a performing musician my whole life, and as an empath who feels frequency shifts in people, I've realized how much power sound holds. The Deep Sleep Club is full of all-night soundscapes to help you fall asleep fast and stay deeply asleep while repairing your nervous system and blocking interruptive sounds, fostering deep calm on waking. This isn't just any music; the results are measurable on an EEG. With fresh 8-hour+ soundtracks released regularly, your nervous system will be gently supported all year long. SERIOUSLY, YOU'RE NO GOOD WHEN YOU DON'T GET DEEP SLEEP. AND I GAVE YOU ACCESS TO CHECK OUT THE SLEEP TRACKS HERE 💤 The Deep Sleep Club. One low price gives you lifelong access. Upgrade your sleep. Wake at peace. 😇Check it out now. Don't wait. As the library grows, the price will increase. Read more about it here in The Classifieds ➡️ all about the Deep Sleep Club Check out some of the soundtracks too ➡️ eight sleep track demos
