Is EWOT worth it or a waste of money?
I'm convinced about the benefits of BFR and CO2 therapies and I own both devices. However, for someone who isn't an athlete and just wants to have physical and mental energy throughout the day, is EWOT the best addition or a waste of money?
I searched for EWOT here and it doesn't seem like people are talking about it.
