- Monthly income (average) in the hand i.e. after tax
- Fixed costs - rent, food, power, petrol etc.
- Variable spending - average you spend on non-necessary things e.g. subscriptions, eating out, clothes
- Savings / debt - totals
Then ask:
“What would need to change about my money behavior to align with my values (and ensure I don’t spend more than I earn)?”
