What is the fastest way to reset the nervous system?
It's something we call Relax on Demand, or 1:2 Breathing.
The key is in the exhale.
By extending the exhale, you give your body permission to shift to resting mode.
Throw a few of these before your breath holds,, and watch the numbers go up.
