Finally got to try the golden revolver after putting it off for a while now. Here are my thoughts on it: It opens up with a pop of bright citruses and a raspberry that you see on top of boujee youghurts. Fresh and slightly jammy. I could smell it for a max of 5 mins and they vanish. Thats unfortunate because it was actually quite pleasant. It then swiftly transitions to this leathery aromatic mid with a mix of cardamom, clary sage, lavender plus the early arrival of leather and vetiver. Its the dry and crisp kinda leather and vetiver that hits your nose. After the dry down it becomes a woody leathery scent with a slight hint of that cardamom. The performance and projection on this was average for an elixir especially from azzaro. 6 sprays got me about 1-1.5 feet of projection for the first 3 hrs and then by hour 6 it settles into a skin scent. I am expecting 8-10 hrs from this one with the last 4-6 hrs being a skin scent. This scent is almost identical to CH Bad Boy Elixir. Now i have tried that and i can say out of the 2 i like CH more. It lasts longer on me and has more depth after drying down. FWE to me has some similarities to the wanted line but its almost its own thing. This ones a try-before-you-buy. And if you like FWE then I would highly recommend CH BB Elixir. Definitely not my favourite Azzaro but not my least favourite too. If i was gifted this one id keep it but i wouldn’t purchase it. Overall id give it a 7.85/10. Maybe the tester bottle will perform better on me. Definitely a likeable dna if you like leather frags. Also a bit similar to Gentleman Society edp.What are your thoughts on this one?
