I've been coming to the realization lately that I really enjoy fragrances with a prominent fig notes. I have a handful, but I'd like to try some more and I'd love to hear your suggestions. I currently own.. Fig ecstasy and fig me up by Mancera Liam by Lattafa Light blue Capri in love by D&G And a sample of Parisian Musc by Matiere Premiere which is next on my list once I find a steal or tester. Anything else you gents think I should get my nose on?

Hey guys! I’m getting married in Hawaii in July (hot I know) and I have no clue what fragrance I should wear. I know smells and scents bring back and hold memories like nothing else so I want to make sure this is the best possible one I can wear, but I don’t want to wear my signature scent. A lot of Middle Eastern clones focus heavily on projection and longevity, while some American houses focus more on quality, texture, and accuracy to the original inspiration. What’s interesting is that influencers and social media have created such a strong Middle Eastern clone culture that sometimes even mentioning another clone house — especially an American one — can instantly create resentment or defensiveness. People almost treat it like picking sides instead of just discussingquality objectively. The second you mention a non-Middle Eastern clone house that may actually perform better or smell more refined, some people act like it’s an attack on the entire category. I think a lot of that comes from hype culture, affiliate marketing, trends, and people becoming emotionally invested in the brands they constantly buy and defend online. Once you start testing things side by side without the hype, you realize there are great options everywhere — Middle Eastern, American, and European, and the best choice really depends on whether you value price, accuracy, smoothness, originality, or raw performance the most.
