A relatively simpler but better aventus DNA. Perfect for office and on me it lasts a while.

This is my first full wear of this one from the discovery set, so here are my impressions. The atomizer is relatively weak, and creates a fine mist, so I sprayed bare arms with 4 sprays each and 4 sprays patted onto my jawline. It opens with some sharp leather, tobacco, florals, incense, & other woods, then settles down quickly to a very nice medium toned blend with strong to moderate sillage. For the better part of 3 hours, the notes pop in and out, from incensy to woody, while the fragrance waffles between sharp and warm. At 3 hrs, it settles into a much softer and warmer woody, leather with hints of amber and smoke. The sillage is moderate to steady mild for at least 7 hrs, when it can subtly fill a room, then mild beyond that. I found Himeros to be very interesting and refined. It also seems relatively complex, with notes and tones morphing in and out, so future wears will be fun and exciting. Have a great rest of your day brothers!
