Hey everybody, it's been a while since I've continued this course, but I'm gonna try to get back at it. How I want to be perceived in 3 years: I want to be known as a man who is genuinely reliable and self-disciplined. After years of using isolation as a coping mechanism, my focus is shifting toward building a reputation for being steady and present. Concrete actions I will take: 1. Maintaining my physical discipline through consistent strength training and structured daily routines. 2. Showing up fully for my family and the community roles I've taken on, ensuring my word matches my actions. 3. Staying committed to my personal growth by engaging with this course incrementally, even when motivation dips. My biggest challenges: My default instinct to hard-isolate when things get tough or when I face a setback. Overcoming the urge to hide and choosing to stay engaged instead. Had the chance to meet up with @Lon Chaneyfield today at the brand-new Day Three boutique in San Tan Village, Arizona, and spend some time visiting with perfumer Michael Paul. While we were there, we got to sample a few upcoming releases, but the only one I think I’m allowed to talk about is Frost. Frost takes an accord from Edge of Eden and builds on it with additional fixatives to create a true fragrance enhancer. The result is something that can either elevate and extend another fragrance or stand completely on its own as a clean, metallic skin scent. I’ve been wearing it on both hands for the past few hours, and I’m impressed with how versatile it is. Whether you’re looking to boost performance, add a unique element to another scent, or simply wear it solo, Frost has a lot of potential. Really excited for this one and can’t wait to see what people think when it officially releases in a few weeks.
