Just got this one delivered yesterday! Had been looking at this one for a while, but had trouble finding it at a price I was willing to pay for... I was only finding it, when in stock, in mid-high $40s. Well, for July Sales, got it for about $29 after coupons and what not! Reportedly an inspiration of the discontinued YSL L'Homme Ultime. I didn't have the pleasure of trying it, but I do like OG L'Homme EDT very much. Performance was not good enough on me unfortunately. Simplest description I've seen on this one is the OG L'Homme with additional zestiness from the grapefruit and fresh spicyness from the ginger. First impressions, that's just it, and I'm loving it so far! The only "But" I have come up with is the rose note. It's rather prominent and jammy, but it's nowhere near something I wouldn't enjoy. It's also said that performance on this one is exceptionally good. Will be wearing it today to get a good idea. Scent-wise though, it's looking amazing!

Trying another Harmonist sample today from the "free" gift pack. This is a nice cinnamon spice but very fresh and light. It gives a nice little scent bubble for me, not. huge projection but thats ok. Time will tell how the day goes with Longevity, but so far this is a great warm weather scent.

This is a brand‑new spicy woody release from 2025 created by perfumer Christophe Raynaud. He is the same guy behind JPG’s Scandal line. It’s the third entry in the MYSLF family, following the original 2023 EDP and 2024’s Le Parfum, and it’s clearly built as a heavier, richer, more spiced take on the formula. The bottle stays the same shape but gets a high‑gloss polished finish that looks sharp but is an absolute smudge magnet, fair warning there. Testing it, I noticed it leaves a distinct oily film on the back of my hand, so you can tell straight away there’s a much higher concentration of materials here than your standard release. The opening is where it stands apart most from the earlier versions: bright, punchy ginger and cardamom take the lead, bringing fresh warmth and a lively kick that never feels harsh, balanced by just enough bergamot to keep that clean citrus thread the original is known for. In the heart, the signature orange blossom, which is sourced from YSL’s Ourika Gardens in Morocco, if you believe the marketing, is cranked right up. It has that crisp, almost soapy or “fresh laundry” feel, though I’d argue that’s down to the Ambrofix deep in the base rather than the flower itself. It settles into a smooth, suave patchouli that’s not earthy or dirty, just warm woody depth, with a soft hint of lavandin I pick up too that ties everything together neatly. It’s easily my favourite YSL I’ve tried so far, though full disclosure, this is only my third bottle from them. Performance is outstanding: 8 full hours easily on skin, projecting strongly at arm’s length for the first three before softening into a noticeable, long‑lasting skin scent. But you pay for it: a 100ml bottle runs €155 at my local store. They did throw in a nice leather YSL wash bag and 7.5ml travel splash as part of the launch offer, which is a lovely extra, but let’s be honest, we’re not here for free bags, we’re here for the juice, and this one delivers exactly what it promises.
