Sampling: Red Rum by Third Eye Fragrance Co.
I finally gave Red Rum some proper wear time thanks to @Henry Clay's influence. From the first spray, you get a rich black cherry soaked in rum—not bright or candy-sweet, but deep, syrupy, and mature. The cherry leans dark and liqueur-like, setting a sultry, late-night mood right away. As it dries down, the sweetness softens and notes of tonka, vanilla, and a hint of tobacco start to show up, adding warmth and depth. There’s a touch of plum in there too, which gives it extra richness without turning overly fruity. The base is cozy, slightly smoky, and easy to get addicted to. If you’re a fan of Initio’s Narcotic Delight, this runs in the same lane. They both share that cherry-booze-vanilla DNA. Narcotic Delight is more polished and layered, but Red Rum nails the same mood at a much more affordable price. Same vibe—just a little smoother and simpler.
