Welp, I cracked...
Hello peeps of fragrance! With the celebration of Canada's big day (1st of july), i've seen Justin Copeland's video talking about the 'big sale' happening from july 1st to 5, having great deals for some scents, especially some niche like M.Micallef or Xerjoff with bottles up ton 50% off if i'm correct. Plus, a guaranteed 10% off coupon. I wanted a bottle (30ml) of by the Fireplace for a while now, and from what I remember, this sale gave a slightly better deal than last year's black friday on the same bottle. Bought it on fragrancebuy. I said to myself again and again : "i'll buy once i'll empty one of my bottles. And, I didn't respect my parole. Although my bottle of Drakkar Noir had probably 10-20 sprays left, I didn't wait...😅 Don't do like I did lol! To close it, quick question for some who might know: was 75 CAD (~58 US) for 30ml of this was a great deal? Or should I have waited for this year's black friday, since anyway I won't spray it 'til october? Good day to you all!😎

SOTD: Acqua Di Giò Profumo
Hello people of fragrances! Today is a baseball game where I am! Quebec VS New York if i'm not wrong. Looking at the weather before choosing my frag, it's gonna be warm, though it might rain later, between 3-4pm. Knowing that this gem is as good in warm or humid weather on my skin, 3 sprays and i'm ready to go! I'll try not to come back to it too much this summer...I want it forever!😅 Good day to you all😎

The type of frag you say "aaah", after a sniff, the same "aaah" you say after a good sip of the first beer of the summer😆. This will always be a no-brainer in my book, juniper-lime is really underrated. Good day to you, brother😎
Things I regret about fragrances
Fantastic video. I agree with a lot of these points and have fallen victim to a lot of the same regrets. https://youtu.be/14ZSMysbarE I'd say my biggest regrets are 1). Buying on hype 2) Mass buying, especially at the beginning. He has a good point about some of it being necessary to find your style, but there are a LOT of bottles sitting on my shelf that I will never wear more than once or twice. 3) Overspending my budget. Using my credit cards to buy something I really should have waited for. Three years in, I don't do this anymore, and I've paid those cards off, but some of those fill me with regret as I see them collecting dust. 4) Getting scammed. I bought a Maison Margiela Replica Matcha Meditation on eBay that turned out to be a fake. It was $30, so I wasn't out a lot of money, but I ended up with a bottle of junk. It was a painful lesson once it was confirmed. I think this has happened to a lot of us in one way or another. 5) Collection paralysis. I have so many that it's become a burden to deal with. Trying to keep things clean, organized, and looking nice is a chore. I enjoy updating my spreadsheet and tracking my SOTD, but deciding what to wear regularly raises my anxiety levels. I've been taking the time to use up my samples so that I really get to know and enjoy them and grow with them to combat this, but it's something I struggle with all the time. Sometimes I feel like I'm chained to my collection a bit, and it's a constant weight to deal with. But on the plus side, I really feel like I know who I am as a collector now, and I feel like I've really developed a sense of what I value and what is interesting and worth my money and my time now. Perfumes have given me a sense of wonder and fun, and a way to communicate a piece of my self to the outside world. It's truly a beautiful thing. Would love to hear some of y'all's thoughts on this topic.

My Dad’s Health Status
He finally had a stomach bypass surgery today that should allow him to eat, get strengthened an finally start his cancer treatment. He came out from surgery as desired and planned, to God be the glory! I just came home from the hospital since yesterday afternoon, and Narciso Rodriguez for Him Bleu Noir EDP is still present on my shirt’s neck.
