SOTD: YSL Y EDP Intense

Continuing the less frequently worn challenge, today I have decided to grab YSL Y EDP Intense as my fragrance. Compared to the rest of the line, on my skin this flanker is less sweet which I feel brings out the sophisticated nature of the fragrance. This is a versatile fragrance from my collection that should definitely be getting more attention.

Y Eau de Parfum Intense by Yves Saint Laurent is a Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. Y Eau de Parfum Intense was launched in 2023. The nose behind this fragrance is Dominique Ropion.

Notes: Top notes are Ginger, Juniper Berries and Bergamot; Heart notes are Sage, Lavender and Geranium; and Base notes are Vetiver, Patchouli and Cedar.

Performance: The longevity of this fragrance is moderate with it lasting on my skin between 5 to 6 hours. Projection is fair as the scent bubble created by this fragrance is only about 18 inches and only last about an hour. Sillage is also fair with a scent trail of about 2 feet for about the first 45 minutes.

Sprays: 7 sprays - 3 on neck (pulse point and back of neck), 1 on each wrist, and 1 on each inner elbow.
