Second or third full spin with this scent today. It opens sweet and ambery followed by this aromatic fruity leather aroma. Definitely masculine and geared for somewhat cooler temps. There’s definitely a refreshing element in this scent as well. It’s not spicy or harsh but somewhat smooth and easy to wear. There’s a similarity I find in frags labeled “flame” or “fire” that I can’t quite put my finger on exactly. Something in the scent profile itself. Maybe it’s the Amber, or maybe just the color of the juice 😂🤷🏻‍♂️, but definitely something that connects them that I’m assuming perfumers resort to when releasing these kinds of flankers. This can easily be a daily driver and worn for most occasions. Sweet ambery fresh non offensive masculine scent that I’m sure will pull in a few compliments. Fair projection for about 40min or so but with a moderate scent trail. Sits on skin for a good 4-5hrs depending on how much you spray. This is only one of two flankers from this line I have although I know there’s like 100😆🤣. Smell great brothers. Have the best blessed day out there.

So I was at an outlet mall yesterday and the Luxury Beauty Outlet (the official outlet for L’Oreal including Yves Saint Laurent, Armani Beauty, Prada etc) had a 100ml bottle of BIR Extradose for $108. The cheapest I’ve seen online is $138 at Jomashop. This one is on my radar — I love lavender-forward scents — but I haven’t had time to really test it (indeed, I dropped and broke my new decant of it the other day). I have enough blind-buy and limited-test regret purchases already, so I didn’t pick it up. They had some other incredible deals like 125ml of YSL Cuir for $99 (best online price I’ve seen is $220) but I don’t love that one off paper. So I’m curious, would you pick up a fragrance you haven’t tried or really test worn before just because you can get a great deal on it?
