Today I had a healthy breakfast of a dish of strawberries and for lunch I had 1/2 can of salmon and a small salad.. For dinner I had a plant based chicken wrap and a salad and I am full. Taking one day and 1 goal at a time.
Accountability
I took on the easy one. Eat breakfast at the same time everyday. I already eat breakfast so fixing the timing issue of "whenever" to within a one hour period hasn't been a big challenge. Just a change. So I've given myself time to "practice" for my next challenge. I'm waiting until I have 21 days of breakfast before I actually take on thr next challenge. I read somewheretakes 21 days to make a habit. My next challenge will be walk 20 minutes 3 x a week. Selena is helping with the prep work. Today's a good day. We did both

Healthy Breakfast
Thank everyone for helping me. Today I had a healthy breakfast of sliced strawberries and almond milk. I am taking your advice of just doing one healthy goal one day at a time. Thank you Sue Anne for the caregivers link but I have talked to people where I live and mom has a PSW visting her 3 x a week and she insist that I make her breakfast, lunch and dinner all the time.

@Sue-Anne Hickey suggested as a Gaia I need a regular eating schedule. Start with just eating breakfast at the same time everyday. Easy Peasy right? Nope. I eat breakfast everyday. Mostly the same thing cereal or gluten free toast & fruit. The fruit is generally half a banana and a clementine. You'd think that habit is enough right? Nope. What I noticed when I tried it Sue-Anne's way is breakfast can be anytime from 8:30am to sometime past noon. I wake up at all different times too. So this week I'm being mindful of eating breakfast between 9am & 9:30am. I'm already noticing a small shift. I wake up about the same time now. I'm more alert in the morning. I have never been a morning person! And I'm getting more done. I was sick all week and still got work done without exhausting myself or obsessing. My scale is set to arrive on Thursday. Wish me luck. What small change have you your first small win?
