I took on the easy one. Eat breakfast at the same time everyday. I already eat breakfast so fixing the timing issue of "whenever" to within a one hour period hasn't been a big challenge. Just a change.
So I've given myself time to "practice" for my next challenge. I'm waiting until I have 21 days of breakfast before I actually take on thr next challenge. I read somewheretakes 21 days to make a habit.
My next challenge will be walk 20 minutes 3 x a week. Selena is helping with the prep work.
