Accountability
I took on the easy one. Eat breakfast at the same time everyday. I already eat breakfast so fixing the timing issue of "whenever" to within a one hour period hasn't been a big challenge. Just a change. So I've given myself time to "practice" for my next challenge. I'm waiting until I have 21 days of breakfast before I actually take on thr next challenge. I read somewheretakes 21 days to make a habit. My next challenge will be walk 20 minutes 3 x a week. Selena is helping with the prep work. Today's a good day. We did both

Not doing well
Hi Sue Anne, No, I am not doing well in this heat , I am now 194 and just mom is making it harder she keeps getting bladder infections and doesn't listen to anything that I say. I also can't exercise because of this heat , I am so sick of it.I am very out of breath today with my asthma.I am just so frustrated with my weight and with me in general , I hate being so overweight that I am also tempted to try the ozempic but I know that doesn't help with my overall . I am sorry to burden you with my troubles.

It's challenging to take care of our parents and ourselves at the same time. Congratulate yourself for one little thing you did well today even if it has nothing to do with weight-loss

Sunday Motivation
Gaia types are often taking care of everyone else, and before you know it, the whole day has gone by and you still haven’t taken care of yourself. Athena types can be very busy working and getting things done that they forget to slow down, pause, take time to breathe and relax. Which is similar to the Sonic body type, they love things to move fast, and it can be very hard for the Sonic type to slow down, put their feet up. It’s summertime after all!! Let’s take advantage of it. 😀 this morning, I went kayaking. So today, I want you to ask yourself: what can I do for myself today?
