A mini win
suggested as a Gaia I need a regular eating schedule. Start with just eating breakfast at the same time everyday. Easy Peasy right? Nope.
I eat breakfast everyday. Mostly the same thing cereal or gluten free toast & fruit. The fruit is generally half a banana and a clementine. You'd think that habit is enough right?
Nope. What I noticed when I tried it Sue-Anne's way is breakfast can be anytime from 8:30am to sometime past noon. I wake up at all different times too.
So this week I'm being mindful of eating breakfast between 9am & 9:30am. I'm already noticing a small shift. I wake up about the same time now. I'm more alert in the morning. I have never been a morning person! And I'm getting more done. I was sick all week and still got work done without exhausting myself or obsessing.
My scale is set to arrive on Thursday. Wish me luck.
