threw out the challenge of this elbow lever, arm-balancey thing. If I needed a reminder to practice my stretching and bow pose type things, my ribs are reminding me now. I don't bend well backwards. I probably shouldn't have done a set of 100kg deadlifts after this either 🏋🏼‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ 😆 Hats off to your attempt Val.
