Achieved new pbs in dumbbell chest press and shoulder press.
Chest press- 27.5kg for 7 reps (last week was 6)
Shoulder press- 17.5 for 5 reps (last week was 15kg)
Also I set an intention to practice handstands more frequently this week. Practiced wall bounces, I’m holding off the wall for a few seconds but I think that I’m not using my fingers enough for balance and engaging my glutes?
Achieved my longest kick up hold, I think I’m still looking too far forward though?
