No official training today but couldn’t resist a bit of Paralette play post animal flow. They say that you learn skills faster when it feels like play anyway.
Working on Crow to L-sit to shoulder stand and the transition from shoulder stand back to L-sit. Still needs a lot of work but it’s getting there. I wish I had higher paralettes for this skill so I could get the legs through easier.
Decided to see where I was at with handstand kick ups before I commit to some daily handstand practice. I am a bit of an unconventional learner so I need to try and do the skill first so I know what I need to work on.
