4 week challenge recap, the first week I did cartwheels and the last 3 weeks chest to wall🤸

My goal was to hold for 5 seconds, I got 4-5 seconds…
But it meant a lot more than the seconds, I've been staying away from doing chest to wall cause it scared the shit out of me!
So it's been a real mental challenge but it was worth it😁
Lots of positives:
-i can bail out safely, I've had to do it MANY times seriously a lot! 😂
-I took my time, getting my position right and noticing how my body felt before I moved my foot
-I can do small adjustments to my body, doesn't always work but it's better then not
-I felt more comfortable, confident and less scared
I loved doing a monthly challenge, it's exactly what I needed to get some confidence back with my handstands 🤸
