🧠 How Do You Train It?
“How do I structure my training when I want strength, skills, and freedom of movement?”
Handstands.
Muscle-ups.
Getting stronger.
Moving better.
It feels like you need to do everything every day.
That is where people get stuck.
Here is the core idea from the video.
You only need one main goal at a time.
Everything else becomes secondary and supportive.
At Awesome Ninja Fitness, we work around three pillars:
Strength
Skills
Freedom of movement
As long as you are touching all three each week, you are on track.
Your main goal determines what gets the most effort.
If strength is the goal
You train hard, push close to fatigue, rest properly, and repeat
Two to three focused strength sessions per week is enough
If skills like handstands are the goal
You practice more often
Short sessions
Low fatigue
High quality
Even a few minutes counts
If freedom of movement is the goal
You move daily
Animal movements
Flows
Exploration
No burnout required
Big insight from the video:
Strength skills like muscle-ups, planche, front lever need recovery
Technique skills like handstands get better the more often you practice them
You do not need to do everything every day.
You need to do the right thing more often.
I answer this in detail in the video, with examples from gymnastics, parkour, ninja warrior, and real athletes I coach.
